“I've strengthened Barracuda's channel ecosystem by rearchitecting the partner experience — leading the rollout of a new partner relationship managed (PRM) platform, elevating field engagement, expanding certifications and badges, and aligning our value agreement to MSP and hybrid partner needs. I consistently incorporate partner feedback to drive meaningful improvements and deliver greater customer value.”
