One of the big topics of conversation these days is ransomware – a type of attack where criminals hijack sensitive information and force victims to pay a ransom to release their files. Even after the ransom is paid, the attacker may hijack the same victim again in the future. There's no guarantee that the victim will not be hit again by the same or a different attacker. Ransomware attacks are the fastest growing method of attack this year.
