One thing we do at Barracuda is seek out specialized, niche industries and companies that may have been overlooked by traditional security applications and vendors. We love to build new relationships while finding ways to help these customers with easy-to-use solutions that fit their needs and budgets.
One of the oldest traditions in sports remains National Signing Day, where high school seniors can sign a binding National Letter of Intent to play college football at a particular university. For college football fans, the first Wednesday of February is the equivalent of draft day in the NFL, and this year is no different as all eyes will be on which colleges land the top recruits in the country to lead the future of their teams.
Traditionally, the fax machine has been the most common way for seniors to send their signed letters to colleges, even though by today’s technology standards this could be outdone from an efficiency standpoint by currier pigeons or your delivery animal of choice.
Going paperless at the office can be tough if you absolutely need to use paper for your already established business processes. At the same time, going paperless is a lot easier to pull off in today’s hyper digital world, with access to clouds that hold our important files and the ability to legally fill out and sign sensitive documents from your phone or computer.
For small organizations, or start-ups that are just forming, there simply aren’t enough good use cases to justify paper-filled filing cabinets. However, industry titans with thousands of employees and entrenched paper processes seem to be immune to this agile logic.
So why do some organizations cling to old paper processes that slow down time-to-revenue and can literally cut your fingers in the most painful of ways?

Zapier has just introduced a universal Chrome extension that allows you to manually push a ‘zap’ right from a button in your browser. This is great news for SignNow customers who like to automate their e-signature workflows using Zapier automation.
Zapier is a platform that connects over 500 applications, allowing users to automate tasks between those apps. In April of last year, SignNow by Barracuda became the first e-signature app that you could “zap.” Here are a few examples of what this integration allowed customers to do:
