3 ways the new Barracuda Trust Center is delivering faster value
Early partner feedback shows how easier access to security and compliance information can help streamline due diligence and support ongoing compliance.
Key takeaways
- Centralized security and compliance information can help customers and partners move through due diligence faster.
- The Barracuda Trust Center supports ongoing compliance needs, not just initial vendor evaluations.
- Bailey™ AI assistant helps users quickly find the information they need.
About a month ago, we introduced the redesigned Barracuda Trust Center to make security due diligence faster, clearer, and easier for customers, MSPs, and partners. The new experience brings Barracuda security, compliance, certification, and product information together in one place, with tools including the Due Diligence Navigator and Bailey AI assistant.
Now we’re starting to see that vision in action.
Early feedback from partners and customers points to an important benefit: speed to value. That value extends across the customer lifecycle, from answering questions that can help move a deal forward to providing information customers and MSPs need for their own compliance processes.
Here are three ways the new Barracuda Trust Center is helping partners and customers.
1. Get security and compliance answers faster
Security due diligence can involve questions about everything from certifications and security practices to privacy and data residency. When answers are difficult to find, even routine reviews can create unnecessary back-and-forth.
The Trust Center gives customers and partners a more direct path to authoritative Barracuda information. The Due Diligence Navigator, for example, brings together documentation commonly needed for supplier assessments, security reviews, and procurement processes.
That means less time tracking down information and more time moving evaluations forward.
2. Support compliance beyond the initial review
Security and compliance questions don’t end once a purchasing decision is made.
MSPs have their own compliance responsibilities, and their customers may ask them to provide information about the security and privacy practices of important suppliers. The Trust Center gives MSPs and customers a centralized resource they can return to as those needs arise. This ongoing access to information throughout the customer lifecycle is a key benefit.
For DuoCall MSP, that’s already making a difference.
“As an MSP certified to ISO 27001 and 9001, it is really important that we ensure all of our suppliers and platforms meet strict security requirements,” said Jabob Creswick, CTO at DuoCall MSP. “Barracuda’s new trust platform allows us to have visibility across all of the Barracuda products we consume. It’s very helpful to have the information all available in one place, and Bailey which is the consistent AI experience across all platforms helps find what is needed.”
His experience reinforces an important point: The Trust Center can continue providing value as compliance requirements and customer questions evolve.
3. Find what you need with less friction
Having the right information is only valuable if you can find it. That’s where Bailey comes in. The AI assistant is trained on Trust Center content and real customer due diligence questions and Barracuda answers, helping customers and partners more quickly find security, compliance, and procurement information.
Whether someone is evaluating Barracuda before a purchase, responding to a customer request, or looking for information to support a compliance process, the goal is the same: make it easier to get to a reliable answer.
By putting security, privacy, compliance, and product information within easier reach, the Trust Center can help customers and partners get answers faster throughout their relationship with Barracuda.
