Barracuda wins big in CRN Annual Report Card for second year in a row

We’re excited to share that Barracuda has again earned a resounding win in the Data Protection Category of CRN’s Annual Report Card Awards, also known as the ARC Awards. Not only was Barracuda get the highest overall score in this category, but our solutions also won three out of the four subcategories: Support, Partnership, Managed & Cloud Services.

In addition, Barracuda RMM was recognized in the MSP RMM category, winning the Managed & Cloud Services subcategory. This is the first year Barracuda RMM has been included in CRN’s Annual Report Card, so the team is especially excited about this win.

An overall win for Data Protection

Barracuda’s win in the Data Protection category recognizes both Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup and Barracuda Backup. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup provides all-inclusive, cloud-native backup for Microsoft 365 data. Barracuda RMM wins Managed and Cloud Services subcategory

Awards based on partner feedback

The ARC Awards are based on research conducted by The Channel Company with an invitation-only survey. In this year's survey, 3,300 solution providers across North America rated 68 vendor partners on four criteria: product innovation, support, partnership, and managed cloud services. In a technology area critical to channel partner success, scores were awarded in 25 major product categories.
