This year’s Global MSP Day is just around the corner, on Wednesday May 26, 2021! The agenda features panel discussions between industry experts, presentations of emerging trends in the managed services space, and an MSP Perspectives Showcase, where your peers will share their experiences from within the past year, their outlook on the future, and opportunities they’re seeing in their own businesses.

Below is just a few of the key agenda items MSPs can expect to enjoy when attending the virtual MSP Day event later this month.

State of the Managed Services industry

MSPs from across the globe have been sharing their insights, contributing to the research for the Evolving Landscape of the MSP Business Report. As in the past, the report will be published and released on MSP Day, where attendees will get a first look at the survey data during the event.

The report identifies adjustments that MSPs can make to their service offering to better serve their customers and continue growing their MSP business. Brian Babineau of Barracuda MSP and Richard Tubb, an international IT business growth expert, will share the report’s findings and what they mean for MSPs across the world.

MSP Day industry panel with CompTIA

The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) is a leading voice and advocate for the IT ecosystem and the professionals who design and safeguard the technology that powers the world’s economy, while also helping connect global community of service providers everywhere. MJ Shoer, Executive Director at CompTIA, will join the MSP Day activities and share how CompTIA’s Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (ISAO) will help MSPs as they move forward in 2021 and beyond.

The CompTIA team will also join the MSP Day Industry Channel session, along with representatives from Barracuda MSP and other industry leaders, to share how vendors, service providers, SMB clients, and other organizations involved in the channel can work together in the coming years to overcome both current and upcoming challenges to grow their businesses.

These are just a few of the agenda highlights you can expect. To get the most out of this upcoming MSP Day by enjoying these sessions and more, be sure to register and attend the events on May 26. We look forward to seeing you there!
