We are excited to announce that Ezra Hookano is joining Barracuda as Vice President, Channels. He will be leading our worldwide channel strategy, and helping our channel partners grow their businesses with Barracuda solutions.
Ezra isn’t entirely new to Barracuda; he was with us for nearly six years as our original VP of Sales, North America. He helped establish the Barracuda channel program, building it from the ground up to nearly $100M in revenue. He then moved on to help launch the storage product line and channel at Drobo. He has also held executive channel leadership roles with Fusion-io and Exablox.

In his new role with us, Ezra will be leading the 5-star Barracuda Partner Program, which received several enhancements last year. We created new levels to make the program rewards more accessible for smaller partners, and more rewarding for partners who had exceeded our highest levels. Other changes included better deal registrations, more product models, and higher discounts.
