As always, the SignNow team has been looking under every corner of the tech world to add helpful features and integrations to the platform to take user productivity even further. This one however, didn’t require a search party to find because by now pretty much everyone has seen, read about or already uses Office365. So, naturally we made sure to integrate SignNow into Office365 to offer users the option to sign, send and track attached documents, all from within Outlook.
So, how does this work?
When you’re working in Outlook and someone sends you an attachment to sign – this is easily accomplished by opening the attachment like you normally would, except you can sign and resend the attachment back to the recipient from within Outlook. This greatly speeds up turnaround time on signature requests, and eliminates the cumbersome alternative of having to download an attachment, upload it to your eSignature app, sign and save before you re-attach it to the email reply. This also works on the mobile device versions of SignNow and Office365 so you always have this functionality with you. Additionally, you even have the ability to view the status of in-process and outstanding signatures from within Outlook, while exchanging email with that recipient.
