It’s no secret that tablets are increasingly helping businesses be more productive. With that in mind, our latest feature is one we’ve been dreaming up for a while. Kiosk Mode helps businesses replace a whole new set of paper processes, like onboarding documents and sign in sheets.
Kiosk mode allows you to set up a document so that signers only have access to that particular document and not the rest of the SignNow app. This is helpful in situations where you’d like to minimize the back and forth between signers and the business/organization:
– Waiting rooms
– Event check-ins
– Waivers or release forms
– Signing in (for on-site visitors for example)
– Gyms for signing up new clients
– Surveys or questionnaires
These are just a few scenarios but the productivity possibilities are endless.
Here’s how simple it is:
Tap on a document from your SignNow documents folder and select “Template.” You will then name the template and select “Kiosk Mode,” where you’ll set up a password and configure your preferences. That’s really it. Once inside Kiosk Mode, SignNow will store a fresh copy of a document each time someone signs it. And because of the password required to enter Kiosk mode, signees only have access to that particular document so there’s no confusion for the signee, or concern for the business that other people will have access to the entire SignNow app. Kiosk mode is a really efficient way to gather signatures and information from people.
So, if you’re in need of a way to gather quick bits of information and signatures from a multitude of people, you may want to check out SignNow, and the Kiosk feature for iPads.
